Review by hotel critic

Villa Livia offers a serene retreat, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Ischia's center. The spacious rooms are well-appointed, boasting bright interiors and clean en-suites, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight? A magnificent sunrise view stretching from Mount Vesuvius to the Castello Aragonese, a sight that truly captivates. While the property lacks immediate amenities, the peaceful ambiance and breathtaking surroundings compensate for the slight inconvenience of being away from the main town. The accommodating hosts Marianna and Francesco add a warm touch to the experience, making guests feel truly welcome. Though there's only one nearby restaurant, the tranquil atmosphere makes dining a delight. It's worth considering the location and limited dining options when evaluating the overall value of your stay. For those seeking a quiet escape with spectacular vistas, Villa Livia is an excellent choice. While the lack of immediate conveniences may require some planning, the beauty and tranquility of this property make it a memorable and worthwhile destination.
